looking for a way to take the winnersdata.db and use it on the website, i know everyone can see the results in game, i'd like to display it on our webspace, it doesn't have to auto update or anything, i just need to be able to post who's first, second, and so on. any help would be appreciated.

I think they made it using pickle.

I could be wrong but I think that's what they use to make the db file.

thanks, but you have to know something bout python for that to make since, and i obviously don't.

I still can't figure out how to reset my gungame ranking system, i've shut the server down, deleted winnersdata.db and restarted the server, something keeps regenerating the file, can someone point me in the right direction?

I can't help much if that didn't work. I would say to shut down the server, delete winnersdata.db and restart the server. Which folder are you deleting it from? If it comes back then you're deleting the right one.

You could try "rcon es_unload gungame", and then deleting the file.

It will be regenerated when you load gungame, but it should be empty of your previous information.

well here is what i've tried:

1st attempt: i shut down server and deleted winnersdata.db out of cstrike\addons\eventscripts\gungame\data folder. but as soon as i started the server back up, all the ranking were recreated with the file.

2nd attempt: i shut down server, opened the winnersdata.db file and deleted the contents of the folder, once i started the server back up and checked the file, it regenerated the contents.

any other ideas, the info has to be some where to be regenerated, but i just cant find it, can't find any other .db files anywhere:
