!top !leader and !level

For some reason the !top, !leader, !rank, !level don't work in my server. Every other command works, like Mani Admin own commands (top, rank etc). Do you guys have any idea why they are not working?

I think it requires:
If I am not mistaken, that would be found in one of the 2 configs: gg_en_config.cfg or gg_default_addons.cfg

It is set to that but still doesn't work. My Linux based server seems the only one to be having this issue because the windows based is all green.
