gg_map_vote

Hello

on my server i have enabled gg_map_vote, when i restart the server, when someone gets to level 20 a map vote starts, whatever someone chooses it will stick with that map untill i restart the server, So if i choose say de_dust at the end of the round it will change to de_dust every round untill server restart, How do i make it so that the vote comes up after every round?
