Turn gg sounds on/off command

Hey everyone,

I run a very popular gungame server at 129.186.89.83:27015 and we do a lot of custom sounds, usually every month.

Many people love the sounds, some people don't. I was wondering if there is a way you could implement a command for any player to not play the sounds for them including at least knife, levelup, and level down and they could type something like !ggsounds in chat. Nothing globally, just for the player. Thanks
