GG won't unload after mapchange to standard map

Hello Community!

Our Server is working in random mapplaying by changing between gg-maps and standard-maps.
If the server changes map to standard after playing gg, the ct-team get no pistol. The t-team isn't also able to buy other weapons or equipment.

It seems that a addon of gg do not stop working.

We thank you for suggestions in order to fix the problem.
