How do I enable the gg_admin console? Is it like a popup with numbered commands?
IE: set player level, etc.

Actually, gg_admin is not shipped with GunGame5. It was something we were working on, but we couldn't quite get it fine-tuned for the release. I assume you saw about gg_admin in the included_addons FAQ?

I don't think
gg_admin was based on the addon you linked us to. gg_admin really has no relation, it is just an admin addon for GunGame5.

If you want I will release gg_admin for you, but it won't be supported (i.e. bugs won't be fixed, etc.)
It wasn't made to the specification and no-body really knew what was going on. We will think it through for 5.1 (or whatever the next version is), along with the other 50 ideas I blurted out over IRC the other day.

Yes i was wondering this..
I spent an hour getting xa working just to realize that plugin linked above doesnt work on gungame5
