custom addons not working

custom addons not working

I am trying to run gg_buylevel and gg_winner_display but neither are working in game, hlsw shows that the server has gg_buylevel set to 1 and gg_winner_display set to 1 as well. Are these still not working yet?

its the latest 5.1 i just installed a test server today to see how gg5.1 is coming along since the update, but I cant seem to get the custom addons to work, when I type !buylevel nothing happens and when the round ends the winner display doesnt show up, yet hlsw is showing that I have the cvars for both set to 1

not sure what happened but for some reason my server was running 5.1.451 not 481, which seems very odd to me cause I downloaded it off this site. meh oh well problem solved thanks for the help.
