Custom Vote

Ok I'm sure this has been asked before, I'm sorry. I have been searching different sites for the last two days.

I wrote a few scripts for my server to change the game modes. Currently they can be changed though the rcon commands in the mani admin menu, or the rcon vote in the mani admin menu, but players can not initiate a vote to change game modes...
I wrote scripts for
Default GunGame
Reverse GunGame
Random GunGame

GunGame Deathmatch
Reverse GunGame Deathmatch
Random GunGame Deathmatch

GunGame Elimination
Reverse Elimination
Random Elimination

Basically what I want is a voting system so if 35% of people in the server type !deathmatch

It will bring up a vote saying

"What weapon order should we use for deathmatch?"
"regular"
"reverse"
"random"


!elimination would bring up a vote saying

"What weapon order should we use for elimination?"
"regular"
"reverse"
"random"



Or something along these lines anyway... Any input appreciated. Do not flame me if this is the wrong place for this, just let me know.
