Screwy Random SpawnPoint

I am using random spawn point; I am noticing a lot of time when re-spawning, we often end up re-spawning in the same area multiple times. When I did my random spawn point on my maps, I made sure to put them to opposite area across the map to avoid re-spawning at the same place. It used to work fine back them.
Is there something I can do to avoid those re-spawn within the same area?
