map order?

hello,

I have a working gungame 5.1 lan server, how do I get the maps to go in order of the map cycle file? It just seems to pick one at random and I need them to go in sequence for a tournament. Thanks!

GunGame51 should only affect the map cycle if you are using Map Voting. Maybe you have another plugin installed that chooses a new map at random?

i just installed a fresh server a few days ago (brand new linux install), only put gungame on it and the stuff needed to run it (python and eventscripts)

there is no voting enabled. I did a few rounds with bots, after a round ended it just went to another map in my mapcyclefile, but it just seemed to pick one, not go to the next one sequentially.

Hmm, very strange. Just tested myself and it seems to work perfectly fine. While you are playing, at some point, get the value of eventscripts_nextmapoverride (preferably near the end of the current map you are on) and post the output here.
