this doesnt seem to work right. It still strips all your weapons.

after the aftermath of that of course i had to try
gg_elimination 0
gg_deathmatch 1
after the map i had to do a reinstall so it wasn't perma knives only

So i get that this might be a very difficult problem, and low priority but if we could get either of these things (hopefully both eventually?) working it would bring forth much happiness.

Well it's pretty straightforward. If you unload gungame while server is running it still strips your weapons.
And if you change game type while server is running it causes problems.

This is resolved in r431.

I'm not sure why you'd need to have players keep their GunGame weapons when you unload GunGame though.

Oh i see no i mean like it only lets you have a knife or sometimes a glock (lvl1 weapon) Like it doesn't unload all the way. anyway ill check out 431

Ok so i just tried it on r431 and it still doesn't work. after it didn't work i tried to load gungame again. it screwed my cfg. i got a copy of what happened to it if you want to see.

When i say doesn't work.. like if your on scoutzknivez, it takes your scout away still. or if you buy a gun, it takes it.

I am unable to reproduce this.

Can you explain when this is happening?

Are you saying that you are on scout level when you unload, and it takes your scout away the moment you unload?
Are you saying that it takes the scout you expect to have when the next round starts, and you spawn, away?
Do you know it is being taken away, or may it have not been given?

I mean, after i unload gungame, it doesn't allow you to have any weapons(only knife)(occasionally a glock)Even though you shouldn't have a glock. They are definitely being given, and stripped immediately.
It has been happening every time i try to unload gungame since i switched to 5.1

Same problem here.

Our clan server has Autogungame activated (same problem if unloaded). When we load a GG_Map there is no problem with gungame, but when we unload it and change map to a standar one, as de_dust2 for example, it happens same thing as PabloP or Toto055 (1) said. Only knife for ct-team, default gun is allowed for t-team and every stuff bought by all players will be stripped and disappears.

We use web control panel to restart our server and be able to play normal CS:S. For now, we can not leave alone our server in a mapcycle that contains GG_Maps due to gungame will not unload properly.

GG 5.1, ES 2.1.1.360, ManiAdmin 1.2v, Autogungame 1.15, last SPE.

Our clan did two updates, ES 2.1.1.366, GG 5.1.509, last SPE and Mani Admin 1.2vc, after last Steam update on april 14. Gungame still works fine, but unfortunately the weapon problems remains.

Any help is appreciated.
