how do i turn on all talk?

Posted: Tue Apr 06, 2010 2:55 amthere are several ways. a popular one is to use the mani quake sounds that come with the mani admin plugin. also you could use an eventscripts addon, which is also very good. whichever route you decide to take, i'd be glad to give you my input.
