GunGame on Orange Box?

I'm sorry if this has been explained before, but the new OB client download just bit us.
I've read through the forums for relevant posts and am trying to understand where things stand.

I downloaded and installed the latest GG, SPE, and already had the latest ES

I see that Warren has fixed GG so that it will work with OB - "I have already made the required changes for it to run on the OrangeBox engine."
I see that SPE has OB support - "Orangebox build for linux and windows. sp_extensions_ep2.zip "
I'm not sure about ES - I have the latest available EventScripts v2.0.0.250i Public Beta2

My server still won't run. I'm guessing that we are still waiting for something to get fixed.
Is this a correct assumption?
Is Gungame dead until whatever needs to get fixed gets fixed?

Just trying to understand - thanks for all your hard work,
PCH

ES 2.0 versions will only run on the Episode1-engine. You will need ES2.1-OB. There has not been an official release (since the CS:S Beta started), but you can use this version at your own risk.

Thanks Satoon. I tried it, but it didn't work.... )c8
I didn't realize that this update just happened today. I've been on vacation.
I'll wait with everyone else for ES to release an update.

Thanks,
PCH

It is sooo [CENSORED] up, the whole engine of game has been changed, that means every plugin need to be update and recompiled for ob engine, it will take ages to run again my server.

We are getting the the following error "No Module Named SPE_C" when loading GG51. We have the latest ES and SPE any ideas?

The SPE_C error is probably because your libraries are installed incorrectly... or you have the incorrect ones installed. Although it will not help your situation, currently GG5.1 will crash a server shortly after it is loaded.

THe SPE_C errors is probably happening because the VDF in the current SPE download points to a linux binary only. This was unintentional and should be fixed in the next SPE update.

You can change your vdf to look like:
"file"  "addons/sp_extensions_ep2"

It crashes at other times, and isn't completely functional.

This is the VDF code for spe1
../cstrike/addons/sp_extensions_ep1

This is the VDF code for spe2
/addons/sp_extensions_ep2

If i use this code will it work?
../orangebox/cstrike/addons/sp_extensions_ep2
