Can you suggest how to manage in a better way bots ? With my GG51 I'm using 4 bots but they are not fast in leaving the server as a human joins and I have a big trouble to balance the teams..

Should I use an additional addons for all that ?

I would suggest using [NATO] Hunter's Bot Quota script for that. It works very well. I have only used the ESS version, and not the updated one. But, it should work just fine.
