Es_syphon, 1v1 knifing, and multilevel sounds

Since WCS is broke, I've come back to gungame. Been awhile and not used to python, so forgive me. I have 3 questions.

es_syphon seems to be broken. If in autoconfig, it wont load my server. If i es_load it, i get a confirm and no crash. Don't quite get it. Is this confirmed to be broken?

Is there a config somewhere to turn on 1v1 knifing?

Finally, is there a script for loading random music for the 1v1 knifing?
