Sometimes custom winner sounds don't play..

Hey,

I noticed sometimes on the end of a round that the custom winner sound does not get played.

All sounds are 44000khz 128bit mp3.. so no problem there I think.
And chat time on the end of a round is on 20 seconds..

What could cause this?
