Regarding Deathmatch

First off i just want to say that i have 2 servers running GG5.1 turbo that have been rock solid stable for weeks, so those are fine.
I have a 3'rd GG5.1 server however, that is meant to be a GG DeathMatch server, and im having a few issues.
My apologies if anything regarding this has been posted elsewhere, but i really have scoured the internet looking for related info and ive waited about 3 weeks before making this post.
Here's my 2 problems.
I have the multikill set to 2 so that it takes two kills with your gun to get a level. This encourages knifing since it only takes 1 knife kill to also get a level.
However, Multikill setting works fine when i boot the server up, but stops working after a map change. In otherwords, by the time the next map kicks in, players only need 1 kill per level with a gun.
My other problem is with re-spawning. Like multikill, it starts off fine and works as intended, but when i check on the server a few hours down the road it was always broken, meaning players would die and have to wait for a team to win to begin the next round. I should state howver that i havent done as extensive testing with 5.1.481 and the respawn problem as i did with previous versions. I did however just update GG on the server to give another crack at getting it stable, and the multikill still broke after 1 map, and respawning also TEMP broke. By temp broke i mean one round it didnt work, but after the round ended it began respawning properly again the following round.
Also, since this is possibly relevant i also want to say that i use random spawnpoints for the DM server, and those were made with GG's spawnpoint manager thingy back when the server was running GG5 not GG5.1
I've been trying to get these two particular problems sorted out since GG 5.1.478 (which is the current version of my other two gg servers). My GG DM server is currently running GG 5.1.481.
My server is a windows 2003 based dedicated box. All im running on the DM server at the moment is GG, Mani Admin, and GlobalBan. (well, and obviously EventScripts and SPE), all of which are the most current releases.
I have deadflag set to 0 and the wait command enabled, etc etc as per what advice i could find in these forums and elsewhere.
Mostly what im curious about is whether or not these are known issues or if somehow other people are having no problems with either multikill or respawning and somehow the problem is on my end.
Once again, i apologize if this has been answered elsewhere. If for some reason you want/need logs, lemme know.
