Chat commands not working!

Can someone help me, the Gungame is working perfectly, except no chat commands register (!score, !top, !rank, !level) nothing at all... Also, i can't seem to find any option related to this. I am using latest eventscripts, latest GG and latest Mani. No sourcemod.
