Team Kill and Suicide Punishment

gg_suicide_punish 1
gg_tk_punish 2
it works fine, till the end of the round, IE all the CTs are dead and then if you kill urself, or team kill befor the next round has loaded no Punishment is givin. If anyone knows a way to tweek this or something i would be most happy
