Is Spawn Protection still broken?

I checked in the "latest update" post above and it still says to disable.
Has this been fixed? Spawn camping is becoming a problem again.

Everything seems to be working great now. My delay trick for the map configs is working fine.
Each individual map config now gets executed just after the warm-up round.

I think this was fixed when the HEgrenade crash problem was fixed. I've been running gg_spawn_protect 2 for a while now without any problems.
