Auto Balance

Hi guys

I have just got my server setup and have gungame51 running on it.

I have a few questions

1. I how do i get auto balance to work in deathmatch without the round ending when all players on one team have been killed ? I would like it set so auto balance is always enabled so that if the other side has 2 less players that 1 gets switched over stright away without the round having to end.

2. I would like for when players to join that they press example ... 1 to see menu. 2 for sounds. 3 for nextmap and so on ?

3. I have seen a mod on other servers that when you are playing gungame and you are the last man alive with another one on the other team that it lets you pick to have a knife fight with one another with the beacon ring around you both. How would i enable this ?
