Gungame 5.1 Winner Menu ?

I was wondering if someone would be able to remake the addon gg_winner_menu but make it work for 5.1. I played on a server with this addon and i absolutely loved it, now that i finally got my own server (srcds atm) but this addon will finally complete my server. If anyone can and will make this for me and everyone, it will be greatly appreciated.
