A new style of gun game

So here is my idea for a HOPEFULLY small gun game mod... so it can be played on regular maps for scrim practice for my clan. we would like the ability to equip the player with two guns at certain points with all grenades. So when they kill with either one of the guns given or the grenade they will level up. here is an example gun list for the mod idea.
*NOTE* Automatically have armor/helmet/defuse kit in all levels.
1. Glock
2. Usp
3. Deagle
*NOTE* Automatically have grenade/2 flashes/smoke in levels 4-18
4. Glock/SMG
5. USP/Colt
6. Glock/AK
7. Usp/Scout
8. Glock/AWP
9. Deagle/SMG
10. Deagle/Colt
11. Deagle/AK
12. Deagle/Scout
13. Deagle/AWP
14. SMG
15. Colt
16. AK
17. Scout
18. AWP
19. SMG
20. Colt
21. AK
22. Scout
23. AWP
24. Knife/2 flashes/smoke
Leveling Rules:
One kill per level with the assigned weapons and this includes the nade/pistol/main gun.
