Winners Choice Map Selection

I'm looking for the ability to give the winner of the map the choice to pick the next map. Using the same files as GG put up a 5 map choice for them to pick from after they've won the game, if they pick nothing it'll default to the winning map from the map vote already presented to the players.

Maybe have the options like this.

****Pick Next Map****
1. Map 1
2. Map 2
3. Map 3
4. Map 4
5. Map 5
6. Map Voted For Already

It should follow the rules of the gg_vote_list.txt only using the maps that have enough people on to choose from and not allow for maps that are currently unplayable because of gg_map_vote_dont_show_last_maps settings. It should also use the round end time based on mp_chattime or gg_dynamic_chattime if set.

Anyone able to throw this one together?
