Levels not resetting upon map change

Hi guys.

I just installed GunGame5.1 a couple of days ago and am currently having issues with the DM/Turbo mode. When someone wins, the map changes and a new round starts as expected but everyone starts with the level they were on when the winner..won (Including the winner himself so he gets stuck with knife). It seems the levels are persistent or something. It happens with dis-/re-connects too, for example: If I drop out at level 6 and come back a few hours later, I will start at level 6.

Ok, I deleted my metamod folder and put the new one in. Now the server crashes.

I'm guessing the important bit is this:

Could not find platform dependent libraries <exec_prefix>
Consider setting $PYTHONHOME to <prefix>[:<exec_prefix>]

??

It would be odd if it was though, since that error used to show up before I "upgraded".

EDIT: I forgot to mention, sorry. I'm using Linux to run the server.

Okay, I've been searching and EventScripts (therefore GunGame) doesn't even depend on metamod so I don't know why I needed to do that update. I'm gunna return to 1.8.2.

EDIT: Still need help with the original error though if any one knows a fix?

That sounds very strange. Do you have any errors either in the server's console or in your cfg/gungame51/logs/ folder that might be helpful?

Hi.
While looking to get the MM:S 1.8.2 binary, I found 1.8.5. I went with that one and now the game loads again (so obviously an error in the 1.8.4 release) but we are still having round win problems.

We gave the server a try just now and here's a run down of exactly what happened:
1 - We start up the map and start playing
2 - I make it to level 14 and my friend wins the game
3 - A new map is loaded but my mate is still leader and stuck with knife. I start the round on level 14.
4 - My friend can kill me without effect. It says he levels up but he doesn't and the round doesn't win.
5 - I can still level up and I manage to make it up to the last level.
6 - I kill my friend but the game still doesn't win.

don't know where you got the 1.8.5 version cause all i see it 1.8.4 on there site and thats what i am running and have had no problems.
Im running the new spe version,meatmod source 1.84 and eventscripts 360 and the new version of mani admin 1.2vb. and whats were that in your error log file here i dont see a mani version.

Unknown command "sm_admin" Thats for Sourcemod and dont see that loaded in your error config.
see my error log shows me if mani and source are loaded and what version

Yeah the logs don't update regularly for GunGame, I don't think I have them set up properly, I don't know. Which ever way, Mani isn't needed to run GunGame and we've since stopped using it anyway, preferring Sourcemod Admin instead.

The "sm_admin" error is a fault on my part. I put it in autoexec.cfg and forgot to take it out when I first saw the error.

I hate it when people don't come back to let other people know what happened so here I am.

I never got it to work so I gave up and used GunGame:SM along side DeathMatch:SM :D
