1st of all would like to say mean as mod, love it.
2nd is loaded all files correctly and when type, es_load gungame51 in console it says its already loaded and ive been at it for two days now.
when you join server nothings there and it says failed to locate welcome sound thnx.

can someone plz help

Are there any errors in your ../cfg/gungame51/logs/ folder? Please post any of those. You might also try installing the following addon that will catch some errors that GunGame itself cannot:
