GG5 on gameservers.com deathmatch PLZ HELP

I have tried everything. I see that bot es 2.0 beta and es_tools installed regular gg works but respawn disolver etc do not. I have hlsw and it says all are on. Any help would be appreciated. Also If I can get help I will donate 10 a month starting today to show my appreciation. Will be worth it I pay over 50 dollars a month for a server I cant get right.

What is gg_respawn_command set to in your gg_en_config.cfg?

Also, what is your server IP?

gg_respawn_command gg_spawn my IP is 8.12.70.218 but as of now im reinstalling server to original

Im not sure it showed mp_forcerespawn 1,dissolver 5 etc. Now it always loads gg_sample cfg is that normal
everything in hlsw is correct just server does not respond correctly
