Help GG5 Installation Issues

I've gone through the steps located on this post here : viewtopic.php?f=19&t=10

However, I believe I got stuck on the part where I test my server through RCON. I typed in my rcon_password $$$$#% and then type the plugin_print.

It simply just states

"Loaded Plugins
------------------------
------------------------
"

Nothing else. Still I finished off the tutorial all the way down to "es_load gungame" and ran that command and came up with an unknown command error. Please help!

Looks like you don't even have Eventscripts loaded.

Edit: You have to type rcon plugin_print
