Winner rewards

I was thinking of something cool to do for the winner of each map. Like as the server starts the next map it checks to see if the last winner is currently playing. Then the server puts a model on them so everyone can blatanly see who the last person who won was... But also kinda like a reward type thing. I have a few things in mind but I was thinking a good thing would be like a hat model. Lol mainly bc ppl will want to shot at that person's head.

Anyways if ANYONE has ANY idea on how to do this that would be fantastic. Im a total nub when it comes to coding so I know I could never code this myself.
