Guns not upgrading

Hey, I was wondering if this was suppose to happen, or if there is a way to enable it...

But when you kill people, your guns don't upgrade until you actually die (and spawn the next round)

Any help here?

You are looking for gg_turbo. Found here:
/cstrike/cfg/gungame51/included_addon_configs/gg_turbo.cfg
modify
gg_turbo 0
to:
gg_turbo 1
then reload gungame or restart server and you will be good to go.
