Looking for a couple addons.

I use to run servers for quite a long time and have recently put one together just for my own good to try to refresh myself in how everything works. I remember there use to be an addon for GG that showed when a user connected, what country they were connecting from. Is that still available? If so where can I find it as I have looked in the addons section and haven't been able to find it. My server is running ManiMod and Eventscripts only. I have tried to use SuperDave's iptocountry_example ES script but it is rather over complicated for what I need and doesn't seem to want to work on my server.

Also I am trying to find a working 1v1 knife addon that allows users to vote when in a 1v1 situation if they'd like to knife fight. I have in the past used KnifeP3n but seeing as I am running an Elimination GG server, there are times when it will be a 1v1 situation, start the knife fight, some one will re-spawn and the server keeps slaying them. Is there a way to prevent this from happening or is there a 1v1 knife mod some one knows of that will work with Elimination turned on?
