can´t get work autoexec.cfg

I belive, that it is problem with evenscript but i can´t fix it this way as matty writed. when I put to my autoexec.cfg this one:

sv_allow_wait_command 1 // Required for EventScripts for the time being

stuffcmds // This is the line that fixes the IP issue & other strange issues
es_load gungame51

server crash and couldn´t load anymore. But when i start server without this above, server runing nicely. When i put to conzole command es_load gungame51 manually, everithing working fine, gg51 load as well. Problem is that i can´t load gg51 from autoexec.cfg or server.cfg instantly, only by using conzole manually. I try put command es_load gungame51 to server.cfg at the bottom, but loading working same way bad. Could you navigate me how to get it work?

Okay - build 360 of EventScripts has an issue with cfglib as stated by Mattie:

Known Issues:

• cfglib breaks some scripts like GunGame. Use the following workaround for right now:
  

  open addons\eventscripts\_libs\python\cfglib.py
  goto line 106, change
  

  Expand/Contract | Select All

  es.mexec(self.cfgpath.replace(self.gamedir, '', 1))

  
  to
  

  Expand/Contract | Select All

  es.mexec('..' + self.cfgpath.replace(self.gamedir, '', 1))

Thanks ManUp for answer, but i did this think before, when i can´t load gungame ever. Now gungame51 working fine, but i must start it manually from conzole by command es_load... My problem is that when i put this comand end other thinks to autoexec.cfg or server.cfg server crash and woun´t load enymore. I hope you understand me now....
