i was wondering if can set the knife pro up so that when you knife someone they lose a level like in gg4 and gg5. Ive noticed that when you knife someone you gain a level and they dont lose a level.

Well, they should lose a level unless there is something preventing them from doing so. It really depends on what all other Included/Custom addons you are also running.

Those are a few things that could be limiting you from leveling up or stealing levels from another player.

Yeah you don't need any of that in your gg_server.cfg. All those lines are completely unneeded and none of it is actually getting executed because those files don't exist in your /cfg/ directory. All addons are automatically executed by GG itself on startup.
