Not seeing the messages in the chat area anymore....

I am no longer seeing when a player levels up, ties the leader or the "now loading" messages in the chat area. Is there a config to activate / or deactivate this?

Yes, as of version 5.1.510, messages are loaded through configs:

Yup, you now have the option of turning them off. This was implemented for a reason, though I still need to finish up that reason... Here are the specific addon wiki pages:

Great thanks guys ... I just noticed it when upgraded to 517. Before the June 23rd Valve update I was I still running 506. I tried few search like "level up" "chat message" etc... Didn’t get much! I guess I suck at getting to proper wording when doing search!
